DEFAULT INSTALL LOCATION: Forza Motorsport 6: Apex will install to the default 

location set by your device. To see where the game will install as default,

press the Windows key, type “Storage” and then select ‘Storage.’ Here you can 

choose which drive apps will save to by default.

so here is the correct method tested by me :
1.open power shell as admin (only power shell)
2.then put this command
Add-appxpackage "C:\Path\Microsoft.ApexPG_1.0.6.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx"
3.after pasting this command press enter
4.wait for few min it will showing like this after
5.Play
